These Terms & Conditions apply to all courses booked with our Training Academy. By booking a course, you agree to the following
1. Booking & Payments

All course bookings must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

Spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Payment plans (e.g., Clearpay) are subject to their own external agreement and conditions.​

2. Refunds

All course payments are strictly non-refundable, regardless of circumstances.

This applies to all courses, masterclasses, workshops, and training packages.
3. Rescheduling
-
You may reschedule your course up to 2 weeks before the training date.
-
After this point, rescheduling is no longer permitted, and the booking will be forfeited.
-
A new booking and payment will be required if you wish to attend a future date.
4. Attendance Requirements

Students must arrive on time. Lateness of more than 15 minutes may result in being refused entry to the course.

Failure to attend on the day counts as a missed course and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

5. Course Requirements & Models
-
Some courses require a model. You will be informed beforehand if this applies.
-
It is your responsibility to arrange a suitable model unless otherwise agreed.

If your model does not attend, you may be unable to complete the practical portion of the course.

6. Accreditation & Certification
-
All courses are accredited and insurable.
-
Certificates are awarded only upon successful completion of both theory and practical elements.

If a student does not meet the required standard, additional case studies or practice may be requested before certification is issued.

The academy reserves the right to withhold certification if safety or competency standards are not met.

7. Student Conduct

Professional behaviour is expected at all times.

Any abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate removal from the course with no refund.

The academy reserves the right to refuse training to anyone who breaches these terms.

8. Use of Training Materials

All course materials, manuals, and training content are the intellectual property of the academy.

Students may not copy, distribute, or replicate training content without written permission.
9. Health & Safety
-
Students must follow all hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols provided during training.
-
If you have any medical conditions that may affect your training, you must inform us prior to attending.

10. Liability

The academy is not responsible for any allergic reactions, injuries, or issues caused by misuse of products or incorrect application outside of the training environment.
-
Students are responsible for obtaining their own insurance once qualified.

11. Updates to Terms

The academy reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
-
The version in effect on the day of booking will apply to your course.
COURSE POLICIES
To ensure fairness, professionalism, and smooth organisation of all training sessions, please read our course policies before booking:
1. Refund Policy
All course bookings are non-refundable.

Once your space is reserved, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
​
2. Rescheduling Policy
You may reschedule your training date up to 2 weeks before your course.
​
After this period, rescheduling is no longer available and your booking will be treated as a missed course.
​
No exceptions are made, as your space, training materials, and model availability are allocated in advance.
3. Attendance
If you arrive late or fail to attend, the course will not be rescheduled or refunded. A new booking will be required.
4. Models
You may be asked to bring a model depending on your course. If you cannot provide one, please notify us in advance and we will try to assist when possible.

5. Accreditation & Certification
Certificates are awarded only upon successful completion of both theory and practical training. We reserve the right to request additional case studies if needed.

6. Payment Plans
Clearpay is available at checkout. All instalments must be completed as per your Clearpay agreement.

7. Code of Conduct
We maintain a professional learning environment. Any inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the class without refund.​
ONLINE COURSE POLICIES
1. No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our courses and instant access to all content, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

2. Course Access

Access is sent instantly after purchase.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct email address.

If you lose access, we will restore it upon request.
3. Rescheduling / Extensions

Case study deadlines can be extended up to 2 weeks if needed.

Beyond this, extensions may be granted at our discretion.
4. Certificate Policy
Certificates are issued once you:

Complete the course

Submit required case studies
-
Demonstrate safe and correct technique

If case studies are not completed, a certificate cannot be issued.

5. Use of Course Materials
All videos, PDFs, and course content are protected under copyright. You may not:

Share login details
-
Distribute, screenshot, or reproduce course materials
-
Use instructor content to create your own training courses
Any breach may result in removal of course access without refund.

6. Payment Plans / Clearpay
If purchased via Clearpay or instalments, all payments must be completed.
Failure to complete instalments may result in removal of course access.
​
7. Accreditation & Insurance
Each student is responsible for checking insurance requirements with their chosen insurer.
We provide accredited certificates accepted by all major UK beauty insurers.

8. Support Policy
We aim to respond to all student questions within 24–48 hours.

9. Course Updates
When courses are updated, improved, or expanded, you will automatically receive access at no additional cost.

10. Misconduct
We reserve the right to revoke access without refund if a student:

Harasses staff
-
Shares login credentials
-
Attempts to resell course content
-
Behaves inappropriately on calls or messages
